• Shipping Method: We ship exclusively within the U.S. using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow your order from our door to yours.

• Packaging: Your cards are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or other external factors, but we’re always happy to assist if issues come up.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of trading cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened products, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  
• If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or refund

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
